Brian Halla
Chairman, President and CEO, National Semiconductor

Halla, 55, joined National in May, 1996 from LSI Logic Corporation, where he had served as executive vice president of the Product Group. Prior to LSI, Halla was director of marketing for the Microcomputer Group at Intel. Earlier, he held a variety of management positions at Intel and Control Data Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Nebraska.
