Steven Sprague
President and Chief Executive Officer, Wave Systems

Wave Systems Corporation is providing a new channel for pay-per-use distribution of multimedia content on a PC. In June 1995 Sprague founded Wave Interactive Network, a division of Wave, to pursue opportunities in the multimedia marketplace. Sprague was vice president of Wave from 1992 to 1995 involved in technology development and marketing.

Sprague has broad experience in management and a strong vision for the multimedia marketplace. He served as president of Tech Support, Inc. and vice Ppresident of engineering for Krofta Inc. Sprague received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
